One of the greatest things about Mrs. Hong is generosity towards the clients and the responsibilities she take. She understood my personal situation where I had difficulties getting information about Seattle. Mrs. Hong helped us meticulously about some information to watch out for and helped us settle in our house safely. I was pleased by the responsibilities she took while we settled in our house.

I interviewed 3 realtors in one day and she was the only one who really looked at the house and listened to my wife and myself.
