Home buying event is not easy and it can give you a big headache if you are out of state resident. I live in CA and just bought a condo in Bellevue, WA with Ms. Hong. I can't say anything nicer about her knowledge, promptness, accuracy, and etc. She has everything to be a reliable realtor. I strongly recommend Ms. Hong if you are planning to purchase real estate in Seattle, WA. Her service was EXCEPTIONAL!

I had the pleasure of working with Ann as my realtor, and my experience was exceptional. Ann was highly responsive to all my texts and emails, and despite my work schedule, she always went above and beyond to support and accommodate my last-minute requests.
Her knowledge of the different neighborhoods in Seattle was impressive, and I appreciated her insights as we viewed homes across multiple areas. I'm new to Seattle, so her knowledge of bespoke Seattle home building patterns provided me with helpful guidance on various aspects of the home-buying process.

Ann is a very knowledgeable realtor who works to be the best to get us our home. She was always very honest with us through the whole experience and the transparency of how to search and deal with current market situation was really helpful. Super responsive and always available via email, chat or phone either day or evening! She was very patient and educated us a lot through the home buying process. One of the biggest difficulties while immigrating was finding a house. I had no idea where to stay, until I met Mrs. Hong and found a nice place to stay.
One of the greatest things about Mrs. Hong is generosity towards the clients and the responsibilities she take. She understood my personal situation where I had difficulties getting information about Seattle. Mrs. Hong helped us meticulously about some information to watch out for and helped us settle in our house safely. I was pleased by the responsibilities she took while we settled in our house.
I loved Mrs. Hong's attitude towards the clients, where she was warm and responsible to us in every situation.

Ann is an extremely responsive and knowledgable agent. No, that's not enough. I would definitely say that she has all the qualities and skills of a successful real estate agent. She found the right house that we are looking for and made the negotiation process smoother in the hot seller market. Not even buying a house, she has helped our soft landing in so many ways. We really appreciate her exceptional job. Highly recommend!!

Ms. Hong was terrific. This is a real group of professionals who made selling my home smooth and painless. From the moment I met her I was impressed. I interviewed 3 realtors in one day and she was the only one who really looked at the house and listened to my wife and myself. She also did not just show up with a preconceived price or impose one on us trying to buy our listing. We sold within a week at over asking price and are very happy with the results. She is amazing!!!

Ann was a huge help getting our first house. She was very thorough, had great communication, and worked with us patiently to get the house that we wanted. She took into consideration for all the small/big things we were looking for in our house. I will only work with her for any future house hunting. I highly recommend her! She is the best. We explained to Ann the type of the house that we were looking for and Ann was able to help us with the purchase of our dream property! Our questions were answered quickly and the whole process was seamless. She also provided resources that we needed to complete the work. Ann is an amazing agent! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with! She always answers her phone and has multiple solutions to all issues that pop up! Ann is very kind and dedicated.
